IT Sales Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner IT Sales professional to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Engage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as a business development lead within existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Manage current contractual engagements and renewals to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solution proposals that meet customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to close new deals.
- Lead delivery teams to ensure timely and on-budget project execution.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in client management, sales, and business development.
- Proven track record of success in account management and client partner roles.
- Experience working in complex, non-routine environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong sales and stakeholder engagement skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Knowledge of Oracle Applications (Financials, SCM, Services, HCM) and Salesforce Applications is a must.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
