We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Manager to support our sales team in Dubai.

Estimated salary: AED 12,000 - AED 18,000 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is a crucial role in coordinating sales activities, handling documentation, and providing exceptional client support.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team by coordinating property viewings, documentation, and follow-up communications
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth interactions and handling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, property listings, and sales transactions
  • Assist with preparing and updating sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents
  • Track and manage sales leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and status updates
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate marketing, finance, and legal requirements
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and assist the team with client insights
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales support or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic is required; strong communication skills in English are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members
