Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team at Antons Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively Manage Sales Calls: Respond to inbound and outbound sales calls to meet sales targets, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Build Long-Term Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for achieving targets and improving overall performance.
- Maintain CRM Database: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress in our CRM database.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment, specializing in inside sales within the UAE market.
- Communication Skills: Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Sales Performance: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Certifications and Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
