We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Development Associate to support our real estate sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate and fluency in Arabic, assisting with business development operations and ensuring smooth communication with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by coordinating property viewings, documentation, and follow-up communications
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth interactions and handling inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of client information, property listings, and sales transactions
  • Assist with preparing and updating sales presentations, proposals, and client-facing documents
  • Track and manage sales leads in the CRM, ensuring timely follow-up and status updates
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate marketing, finance, and legal requirements
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends and assist the team with client insights
