At Caliberly, we are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Business Development Director to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of business formation in Saudi Arabia and a proven ability to network within the UAE.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled B2B sales professional to take on a key leadership position, driving commercial growth and business development across the UAE and Saudi markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and target UAE companies interested in setting up business operations in Saudi Arabia.
- Business Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders in the UAE and Saudi markets.
- Client Guidance: Provide clients with detailed guidance on the business formation process in Saudi Arabia, including regulatory requirements, market entry options, and compliance.
- Sales Presentations: Develop tailored sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the benefits and processes of business setup in Saudi Arabia.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and offer clients the best solutions for their business needs.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights, using data to refine and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within business setup, consulting, or related industries.
- Expertise: Proven expertise and network in the UAE and Saudi Arabian business sectors.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Saudi business formation processes and regulations.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
Salary Range: AED 18,000 - AED 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
