Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Expertise Recruitment. This role is essential in supporting our account team in managing client integrated marketing communications projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the account team in managing client marketing briefs, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Facilitate the internal workflow of projects through the Creative Studio and Production departments.
  • Support the implementation of media strategies.
  • Monitor project timelines and inform the team of any potential delays or changes.
  • Engage in weekly status meetings to provide updates and insights.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes and contact reports.
  • Review and proofread marketing materials at various stages, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Respond to client and internal inquiries with a service-oriented approach.
  • Compile necessary documentation, including cost estimates and job lists.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through direct communication and support.
  • Stay informed on marketing trends and developments that impact client businesses.
  • Gather and archive competitive marketing materials for reference.
  • Provide administrative support to the account team as needed.
  • Contribute to the creative and strategic planning processes.
  • Present creative concepts and strategies to clients effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in media, business studies, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the advertising industry.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies, with additional experience in related fields being beneficial.
  • Highly motivated team player with a collaborative spirit, capable of working across various disciplines.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, demonstrating professionalism and authenticity.
  • Reliable, autonomous, and possessing excellent organizational skills.
