Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Account Manager to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach and networking.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover potential sales avenues and assess client requirements.
  • Maintain precise and timely records of sales activities and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accordingly.
  • Prepare and present tailored presentations showcasing our products and services to potential clients.
  • Manage daily client interactions and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding and order processing.
  • Adhere to escalation protocols for urgent matters and work closely with internal operations teams.
  • Implement effective sales and business development strategies within the fintech sector, managing dedicated accounts efficiently.
  • Conduct regular reviews and generate sales performance reports.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while addressing any client concerns or objections.
  • Collect feedback from clients and prospects to inform internal teams for continuous improvement.
Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in CRM software for managing leads and customer interactions.
  • Experience utilizing LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach to key decision-makers.
  • Knowledge of the gift card sector or experience in selling comparable products/services.
  • Exceptional skills in cold calling and sales prospecting.
  • Solid commercial insight with a grasp of client procurement processes.
