Role Responsibilities

Expand our market presence through collaboration with channel partners who distribute and sell our products across various regions. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in distribution, retail, and telecommunications to enhance their sales effectiveness and maximize product sales to end-users. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of market dynamics and retail channels, crafting detailed account strategies that align with our partners' objectives while broadening our market reach.

Spend time analyzing market conditions and store performance, providing valuable insights to management. Act as a business professional to create and manage accurate sales forecasts, ensuring adherence to our sales forecasting methodologies. Collaborate with channel partners to set quarterly sales and marketing initiatives, as well as in-store activities, while conducting regular performance evaluations.

Work alongside cross-functional teams to influence product supply and exceed sales targets. Identify opportunities within relevant channels and devise strategies to address coverage or execution challenges. Implement marketing initiatives, both online and offline, as directed by Talent Pal. Collaborate with our training department to ensure that sales staff maintain the highest standards of performance.
