Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at Black Pearl Consult in Dubai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and dormant clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Sales and Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our online recruitment products to clients, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase sales revenue.
