Enterprise Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our team at Rules Cube. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies that unlock fresh business opportunities in the digital transformation and GenAI domain.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting, discovery, solution proposal, negotiation, and closing new business. You will be responsible for developing and pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities, managing customer expectations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospect's needs and priorities.
  • Pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region.
  • Manage customer expectations and contract compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the digital transformation and GenAI domain.
  • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs.
  • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in a way that is easy to understand by client executives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy, able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
