About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Caliberly. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Utilize analytical skills to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Visa status: Sponsored visa required
