Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our team at TECCODD. As an Emirati company, we are committed to promoting Emiratisation and providing opportunities for UAE Nationals to develop their skills and contribute to our growth.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that requires a strong understanding of administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with scheduling meetings and appointments, as well as assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports. Additionally, they will support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports
  • Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for employee information and company documents
  • Provide support for events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

  • UAE National with a valid Emirates ID
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
