We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator and Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our team and visitors in a dynamic office environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk coverage and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous manner.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that facilities are well-maintained and operate efficiently.
  • Oversee the availability and distribution of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other correspondence.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings for staff and meeting rooms.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Provide information about our company's services and policies.
  • Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.
  • Assist in other functional areas as and when required.

Requirements:

  • A university degree, preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or related subjects.
  • 1–3 years of experience as an Office Administrator or Receptionist.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, particularly in a financial institution.

Requirements:

  • Arabic speaker is a must.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
  • Strong understanding of professional etiquette.
  • Competent in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Resourceful and proactive individual.
