Salary: AED 5,000 - 7,000 per annum
About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Front Office Coordinator to manage our front desk and provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, managing schedules, and handling mail distribution.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logbook
- Handle mail distribution, couriers, and incoming deliveries
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar front-office role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
