Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for employee information and company documents.
  • Provide support for events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of office processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • UAE National with a valid Emirates ID.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
