Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the team.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
- Support the HR department with recruitment and onboarding processes for UAE National employees.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for employee information and company documents.
- Provide support for events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of office processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- UAE National with a valid Emirates ID.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
