organizing meetings and managing databases
- organizing company events and conferences
- dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
- preparing letters, presentations and reports
- supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
- processing invoices and managing office budgets
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date.
- attending meetings with senior management
- assisting the organization's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, updating financial documents.
- Daily activities and tasks assigned from Chairman.
- With Strong Communication Skills
- With Organization & Clerical Skills
- With Ability to Manage Multiple Projects at Once.
- With Ability to Use Communication & File Share Software
- With Basic Project Management Skills.

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Office Manager: 7 years (required)
