We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to boost our team. This role entails maintaining data accuracy for streamlined processing and management, while extending support to our Accounts and Purchasing Department.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Efficient processing of client orders to ensure prompt delivery and satisfaction.
- Creation and management of invoices, delivery notes, and other crucial documentation with keen attention to detail.
- Organizing and managing operational files to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Compiling insightful reports for management, leveraging data to highlight trends, patterns, and predictive insights effectively.

**QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS**:

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge in ZOHO Software is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to write comprehensive reports.
- Attention to detail and inclination for problem-solving
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Pleasing personality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
