**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with authorities and company policies.
- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings, ensuring optimal use of time, balancing business and personal commitments.
- Draft, review, and finalize various types of correspondence, reports, and presentations. Ensure documents are accurate, formatted correctly, and delivered on time.
- Keep track of to-do lists and planner list, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, such as air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, and security systems. Work with service providers to ensure mínimal downtime and fast resolution of facility issues.
- Keep a record of all company-owned assets, including office furniture, equipment, and technology. Implement protocols for asset procurement, maintenance, repair, and disposal.
- Oversee the entire admin procurement process.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards within the workplace, ensuring that safety protocols are up to date and compliant with OSHA or local safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and regularly update emergency preparedness plans, including fire evacuation drills, first aid training, and crisis management procedures.
- Oversee the company’s physical security measures, including managing access control systems, security personnel, and surveillance systems. Ensure staff members are trained in security protocols.
- Design, update, and enforce administrative policies and SOP that streamline processes, increase efficiency, and ensure organizational consistency.
- Ensure effective document management systems are in place for secure storage, archiving, and retrieval, both physical and digital, timely renewal and process new.
- Manage company records, including contracts, agreements, licenses, and compliance documentation.
- Oversee special projects, such as office expansions, renovations, or relocations, assigned by senior management. Ensure these projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of assign projects, including timelines, budget adherence, and any potential risks or delays.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
