Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
3. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
4. Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
5. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
6. Arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation for the Chairman.
8. Draft and proofread communications on behalf of the Chairman.
9. Act as a liaison between the Chairman and senior management, staff, and external partners.
10. Assist the Chairman in managing special projects, including research, coordination, and implementation.
11. Track progress on key initiatives and report back to the Chairman with updates.
12. Oversee the general functioning of the Executive Office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
13. Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
14. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the Chairman's office is fully equipped and operational.
15. Organize company events, conferences, and meetings, including venue selection, catering, and logistics.
16. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful execution of events.
17. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
18. Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters related to the Chairman and the company.

**Qualification**
1. Bachelor’s degree or Post graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a large organization.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Experience in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
