As a pioneer in providing comprehensive office and pantry solutions, we're dedicated to ensuring workplaces thrive with our diverse range of offerings, including healthy snacks, fresh produce, beverages, bakery items, and office essentials.
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to boost our team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. This role entails maintaining data accuracy for streamlined processing and management, while also extending support to our Sales Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Efficient processing of client orders to ensure prompt delivery and satisfaction.
- Creation and management of invoices, delivery notes, and other crucial documentation with keen attention to detail.
- Organizing and managing operational files to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
- Compiling insightful reports for management, leveraging data to highlight trends, patterns, and predictive insights effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge in ZOHO software is a plus
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to write comprehensive reports.
- Attention to detail and inclination for problem-solving
- Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Pleasing personality
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
