**Job Title**: Personal Assistant to the Chairman

**Location**: Al Qasba, Sharjah

**Job Summary**:
The Personal Assistant to the Chairman will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient management of the Chairman’s schedule, communications, and confidential matters. The role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
