Urgently required Office Manager for the Chairman.
- _**Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Carry out general office management and ensure it is presented in the most professional manner.
- Vet all correspondence for Country Manager and draft responses or take other appropriate action.
- Handles Country Manager meeting schedules, travel arrangements and expenses. Attend Country Manager’s meetings including Management, ExCom and Board Meeting, and prepare minutes to be circulated to the attendees for appropriate action and follow up.
- Make forward appointments and manage diaries as required to ensure that all meetings are carried out as planned. Perform general office duties, including maintaining the filing systems of the Country Manager to facilitate easy retrieval and systematic organization.
- Manage Country Manager during his absence by taking messages and dealing with enquiries as appropriate to enable all callers to have a point of contact.
- Co-ordinate with direct reports by following up and bringing all pending issues ensuring deadlines are met as may be required by the Country Manager.

The challenges of this role are timely delivery of monthly reports/ presentations under time pressures and proper co-ordination with other Functional Managers for the required data for reports to agreed timeframes and standards. Qualifications, Skills, Competencies and Experience
