Office Manager

Key Deliverables:
- Visa Management of Dubai office Employees.
- Branch Accounts Management.
- Public Service Management.
- Vehicle Leasing.
- Office Maintenance Coordination.
- Execute Prysmian Group HR Policies.
- Single Point of Contact for Internal external affairs.
- Reception Management.
- Manage the telephone calls and redirect to the right employees.
- Branch Bank Account Management.
- You will be responsible for travel coordination.
- Hotel Bookings for incoming and outgoing employees of Prysmian Group.
- Concordia services coordination ( Parking Card, Building Access, Security Services etc).
- Office Supplies Management.
- IT Coordination.
- Courier Management.
- Trade license management.
- Medical insurance and business insurance.
- Office attendance maintenance.
- Telephone Services management ( new connection, bill payment, etc).
- You will be responsible for branch Budget and control.
- Any other adhoc related to administration and support.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Administration or relevant field
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Excellent understanding of Administration concepts and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
