Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Scheduling: Manage the CEO's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Effective Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, adhering to a response time of under 2 hours for urgent matters and less than 24 hours for non-urgent.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas and briefs, guaranteeing the CEO's thorough preparation for all engagements.
- Expense Management: Accurately manage and submit expense reports, aiming for a minimal error rate and timely submission within 48 hours.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong written and verbal communication, ability to multi-task, and well-organized.
- Preferred Qualifications: Driving license
