In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files, records, and databases related to operations, and preparing and processing various operational documents such as reports, invoices, and contracts.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support operational decision-making, identify opportunities for process improvements, and assist in implementing streamlined procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the operations team
