We are a leading events company in Dubai, UAE, specializing in professional light and sound gear rental services for diverse clients.
Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our services to new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while seeking out opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Regularly report on sales performance against set goals and suggest improvements as needed.
- Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct business with the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the events industry or similar sector.
- Familiarity with the light and sound gear rental business.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the local market and UAE business landscape.
- Valid UAE driving license.
