About Us:

We are a leading events company in Dubai, UAE, specializing in professional light and sound gear rental services for diverse clients.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Sales Manager to drive the expansion of our services to new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while seeking out opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Regularly report on sales performance against set goals and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Conduct business with the highest level of professional and ethical standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the events industry or similar sector.
  • Familiarity with the light and sound gear rental business.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the local market and UAE business landscape.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
