We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead sales growth in Dubai. As a key member of our team at Caliberly, you will leverage your exceptional sales background and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe software to drive business expansion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
  • Design Expertise: Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe software to create and present design concepts that exceed client expectations.
  • Client Management: Conduct site visits and meetings with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, as well as maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to support strategic planning.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the design and construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Valid UAE Drivers License is mandatory.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required for effective client interactions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

**Estimated Salary Range:** AED 120,000 - AED 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation and benefits.
