About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic business development professional to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and establishing business partnerships with SMEs, developing and implementing business development strategies, and leading and managing the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Expand and establish business partnerships with SMEs to increase market share.
  • Business Development Strategies: Develop and implement business development strategies focused on 0-1 market expansion.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage the business development team to achieve objectives.
  • Network Development: Maintain and expand a broad network within the Payment and SME sectors.
  • Market Analysis: Regularly analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
  • Performance Optimization: Demonstrate proven performance in business development, continually optimizing expansion processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of experience in business development.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital currency industry and a strong network in Payment and SMEs.
  • Market Expansion Experience: Proven experience in market expansion with successful case studies.
  • Team Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a business development team effectively.
  • Goal Orientation: Strong goal orientation and capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the iGaming sector or as an industry influencer is a strong preference.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
