Key Account Executive

Summary:
The Job Holder will be responsible to obtain and maintain long term key customers by comprehending their requirements. Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our offer and services in the long-run.
- Be the point of contact and strengthen client relationship by ensuring their requirements are proactively met with
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- To be focused on sales objectives and targets agreed at the start of the year.
- Regularly visit the existing customers in order to ensure they receive the agreed level of service.
- Assist in collecting payments from difficult customers
- To obtain customer feedback forms from the sales team & make monthly analysis
- Analyze existing data on client accounts to support account management strategies.
- To participate in new business bids/RFPs
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards..
- Responsible and fully aware of the terms and conditions of the Service/Licensee/Franchise Agreements between Fronds Investments (or its subsidiaries) with the parties involved.
- Any other reasonable duties / responsibilities that may be assigned by the Line Manager from time to time.
- Comply with all the Company’s Policies, Manuals and Procedures.
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

- Sales: 3 years (required)
