**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving corporate sales, managing client relationships, and expanding the corporate client base. This role includes lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals to meet sales targets. **Key Responsibilities and Expectations**:
**Sales and Revenue Growth**:

- Drive sales by developing and executing strategic account plans tailored to each key client.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.

**Client Visits and Field Work**:

- Regularly visit key clients to maintain strong relationships and gather firsthand insights into their operations and needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions as needed.

**Negotiation and Contract Management**:

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring that agreements align with the company’s objectives and client needs.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

**Account Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Work on expanding the product portfolio and ensuring a diverse product range is presented to clients.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Create and implement strategic plans to maximize account performance, including tailored marketing strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, client needs, and potential areas for product or service improvements.

**Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:

- Track and report on key account performance, including sales figures, client satisfaction, and market share.
- Use data and analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

**Problem Solving and Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with key accounts, ensuring mínimal disruption to the client relationship.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Market Knowledge and Insights**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Use market knowledge to anticipate client needs and offer innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:*
- 3-5 years of corporate sales experience within the UAE
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in perfume industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and negotiation
- Proficient in using CRM systems for managing sales activities
- Valid UAE driver's license and access to a vehicle.
