**Hiring Administrative Assistant - Tendering Department for a government entity.**
**Key Requirements**:
- Assist senior administrators to provide efficient and effective support and administration services to the Department.
- Support and assist prequalification team in all communications with vendors, including required follow-ups and consequent liaising with other concerned departments.
- Assist the team to efficiently log all incoming and outgoing documents such as Job Requisition, Request for Authority to Tender, Recommendation for Award etc. and circulate for obtaining further approvals as per Department.
- Secure and maintain confidentiality of important documents at all times.
- Assist senior administrator in maintaining ‘Tender Library’ and related databases up-to-date as per department guidelines.
- Support the Department/ Division in ensuring full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, Processes, and procedures.
- Undertake any other related tasks allocated by the department head.
**Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree**
**Experience: Minimum two years’ experience**
**Contract term
**Proficiency in MS- Office - Excel & Word is a must.**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
