JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists in the preparation and coordinates the submission of quotations that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with the Company objectives.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Contract Manager to secure approval of quotations and contracts.
- Respond to inquiries and provide assistance and information regarding the status of contracts and pricing information.
- In charge of the associated paperwork in the preparation of the complete contract package.
- Maintains and retrieves contract documents as needed.
- Manage all aspects of category-specific contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating term revisions with vendors and the internal legal team, gaining signatures, filing, coordinating exchange and delivery of contract-related materials with clients, etc.
- Coordinates with the Head of Operations for tenders’ processes from the pre‐qualification stage, preparation of tender package, and through the final bid submission of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other tender documents in compliance with legal and corporation requirements.
- Summarize the request for cash disbursement of the PRO Department before forwarding it to the Finance Department.
- Prepares the replenishment summary of the PRO department and ensures completeness and accuracy of supporting attachments before submission to the Finance Department.
- Analyze data for improvement and support monthly reporting for management review.
- Perform related work as required.

Preferably must know Tender Works and Administrative Works

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
