As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in the UAE market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends within the FinTech sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, including financial institutions, SMEs, and other potential partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Utilize existing network and develop new connections within the UAE FinTech and financial services sectors to drive business growth.
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment of business objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the FinTech or financial services industry.
- Established network of contacts within the UAE FinTech and financial services sectors and SME sectors.
- **Arabic Speaking is an added advantage**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Arabic language proficiency would be ideal
