**Job Title**: Business Development Executive (B2B)

**Location**: Dubai Investment Park

**Salary Range**: 4000 to 5000 AED per month

We are dedicated to helping businesses in the UAE achieve financial clarity and success. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth in the B2B sector.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the UAE market.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Present and promote Lambda’s accounting and auditing services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets of 3-4 times the basic pay.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client inquiries promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify new opportunities and ensure satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress against targets, and client feedback.
- Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities and client interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language**: Fluency in English is mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, **B2B client handling** and presentation skills.
- **License**: Having a UAE driving license is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
