**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Business Development**:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand CipherBC's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries, including crypto exchanges, wallets, market makers, hedge funds, and other relevant sectors.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions that align with CipherBC's offerings.
- Represent CipherBC at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
- **Sales and Negotiation**:
- Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both CipherBC and our clients.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the blockchain, digital asset, or financial services industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and the Web3 ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
