Sales & Business Development Executive (B2b)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with Business-to-Business (B2B) experience to join our accounting & tax services firm. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new business clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on selling our comprehensive accounting, tax, and corporate services to businesses of various sizes and industries.
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and prospect potential business clients in the target market, utilizing various lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis of client needs, industry trends, and competitors to develop tailored solutions and value propositions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up strategies.
Present and demonstrate our accounting & tax services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits, features, and value they provide for their businesses.
Collaborate with internal teams, including tax experts, account managers, and customer support, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements in consultation with the management team to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and customized sales materials to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the accounting, finance, or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of accounting and taxation principles, regulations, and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex client requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
