Business Development Executive for Motorbikes

Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive specializing in motorbikes, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in both B2B and B2C markets. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive sales and revenue growth in the motorbike industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the motorbike sector.
- Analyze consumer preferences and market demands to develop tailored product offerings.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking events, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B and B2C leads.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both business clients (dealerships, retailers, etc.) and individual consumers.
- Serve as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in both B2B and B2C segments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients, understanding their needs and customizing solutions to meet requirements.
- Close sales deals and finalize contracts, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
- Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Collaborate with colleagues to introduce and promote new products and features.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators, market trends, and sales outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the motorbike sector.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the automotive or motorbike industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Passion for and knowledge of the motorbike industry.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
