**Job Description**:
As a Full-time Business Development Executive (B2B) in our organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and expanding our presence in the market. This is a graduate-level job based in Dubai.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the target industry.

3. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.

4. Understand the clients' business needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

5. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects from initiation to completion.

7. Negotiate contracts and close deals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

8. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.

9. Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documentation.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. A graduate with a degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Ability to understand complex business requirements and propose suitable solutions.

6. Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.

7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

8. Familiarity with market research and data analysis.

9. Strong organizational and time management skills.

10. A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not required.

**Requirements to apply**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Dubai business landscape and market trends
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
