Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Account Executive to join our high-performing sales team. You will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with prospective customers, and presenting the unique value proposition of our solution. Your passion for technology, fintech, exceptional communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships will play a vital role in driving new business opportunities and achieving sales targets.

This role has the added benefit of being commission-driven... you can increase your overall compensation (uncapped) through converting leads into paying customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to find, identify and qualify potential customers

2. Engage with prospects to understand their specific needs, pain points, and requirements, and tailor presentations to showcase how our solution addresses their challenges.

3. Demonstrate the tmam cards and platform to potential customers, highlighting its key features, benefits, and advantages over competitors in the market.

4. Effectively communicate product pricing, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.

5. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, tracking all interactions and opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

6. Collaborate with the exec team to strategize and execute campaigns that support lead generation and sales conversion efforts.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to articulate our unique selling points effectively.

8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns to foster long-term relationships with clients.

9. Participate in sales training and professional development sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies, sharing feedback and insights with the sales leadership team.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in selling fintech/banking, SaaS-based solutions or technology-related products/services.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, coupled with a customer-centric approach.

4. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

5. Ability to commute on some days to our office in Dubai Media City

You would be the perfect fit if you
- You have at least 3 years of experience in Outbound B2B SaaS Sales, preferably in the startup environment.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and convert leads to potential customers.
- You have a knack in building meaningful relationships with customers you’re in contact with.
- You are comfortable with the ever-changing dynamics of a high-growth startup.
- Fluency in English.
- Arabic is a big plus.
