Job Location: Dubai

**Responsibilities**:

- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the UAE market.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to develop effective sales strategies.
- Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the UAE, understanding their business objectives and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the region, fostering strategic partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the client to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the UAE market.
- Devise innovative approaches to penetrate new sectors and expand market presence.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:

- Generate high-quality leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms.
- Work towards converting leads into successful business relationships, achieving sales targets.
- Negotiation and Contract Management:

- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Manage the contract process, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Market Expansion:

- Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion, keeping abreast of industry developments and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility in the UAE market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a B2B Business Development Executive, preferably in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of the UAE business environment and cultural nuances.
- Ability to travel within the UAE as required.
