The role of Enterprise IT Sales Professional at Trans Skills Group involves driving sales and business development in the UAE. You will work closely with clients to identify potential opportunities, develop account plans, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Business Development: Responsible for generating new leads and growing existing client relationships to achieve revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Account Planning: Create detailed plans to accurately forecast sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Solution Delivery: Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop complex solutions for clients, including proposals, presentations, and delivery documents.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and overall performance metrics.
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record in enterprise IT services sales. A strong ability to build rapport with clients, negotiate agreements, and close deals is essential.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a focus on cloud technology, cyber security, or data management solutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; and a strong understanding of IT service offerings.
