Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at KinFitz & Co. as part of our Learning and Development department.

This role involves generating sales with clients in the GCC region, building a sales pipeline, and consistently achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record in sales over the last 24 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that meets company goals
  • Build relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate contract requirements
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Enterprise sales experience with clients exceeding 1,000 employees
  • Proven track record in sales over the last 24 months
  • Arabic fluency (ideal but not essential)
