About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to join our Inside Sales team as an Enterprise Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for creating pipeline in your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools, identifying new opportunities, and qualifying them by deep-diving into pain points and how Splunk can solve for it.
As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will research and present business intelligence about customers and prospects, generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold calling, and travel occasionally for training and/or meetings.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in selling or generating demand for enterprise IT solutions (BI, data analytics, security software, risk management software or similar)
- Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
- An ability to analyse business data to tell a compelling and actionable story
- An ability to utilise prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Xing, etc.
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce is a plus)
- Self-motivation and relentless in pursuit of creating their own success
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- High energy and contagious optimism
- Confidence in handling objections and conflict
- Task prioritization, discipline, and accountability
- A strong executive presence, with polish and dedication to customer outcomes
