Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier to join our team at NMC Hospital. As a Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcoming Patients and Visitors: Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the clinic, ensuring a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Registration and Scheduling: Register patients in accordance with the clinic's rules and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  3. Communication and Support: Control incoming and outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients and visitors, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
  4. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials and resources available.
  5. Team Support and Development: Coach, mentor, and train front office staff to ensure the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
  6. Transaction Support: Assist patients with completing transactions at different departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  7. Feedback and Suggestions: Listen to patient feedback and suggestions, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  8. Information and Support: Provide patients with information, assist in resolving issues, and offer suggestions regarding our services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Policy and Procedure Support: Respond to patient questions regarding hospital rules, practices, and patient rights and obligations, ensuring accurate and helpful information.
