Job Responsibilities

**Process Guest Reservations**


We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.


**Identify Guest Needs**


You will be responsible for identifying guest reservation needs and determining the most suitable room type to meet their requirements.


**Verify Room Availability**


Verify the availability of room types and rates to ensure that guests receive the best possible options.


**Explain Hotel Policies**


Explain hotel guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to guests in a clear and concise manner.


**Accommodate Special Requests**


Accommodate and document special requests from guests to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.


**Provide Hotel Information**


Answer questions about hotel facilities, services, and room accommodations to provide guests with a seamless experience.


**Maximize Revenue**


Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and ensure that the hotel is operating at optimal levels.


**Input and Access Data**


Input and access data in the reservation system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.


**Indicate Special Room Types**


Indicate special room reservation types, such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts, and wholesale reservations, by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.


**Escalate Guest Concerns**


Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
