Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives by developing and executing marketing, sales, and account management strategies.
  2. Partner with other sales team members to deliver a strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
  3. Monitor and evaluate all relevant data points, testing new initiatives to identify what drives revenue growth.
  4. Take ownership of key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs, demonstrating a hands-on approach to achieving sales goals.
  5. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and achieve results, even in the absence of available tools, systems, or resources.

Requirements:

  1. 5-8 years of experience in revenue sales or growth within a large-scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience.
  2. A strong track record of sales for Fintech, SaaS, or other complex systems, with a focus on revenue growth ($250K-1MM+).
  3. Proven ability to manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process, driving sales success.
  4. Contribute to the strategy of new product ideas and estimate reliable revenue impact, demonstrating a deep understanding of the Fintech/SaaS landscape.
  5. A passion for the Crypto and Blockchain space, with a strong desire to sell and drive revenue growth.
  6. Exceptional communication and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to interact with C-Suite executives when necessary.
  7. A strong understanding of Fintech/SaaS technology and its applications in the market.
