    • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions and dispositions, through comprehensive financial modeling and market analysis.

    • Manage and mentor a team of asset managers and analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as property management, leasing, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective asset management.
    • Maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and key partners, providing regular updates and insights on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
    • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and strategic plans to senior executives, boards, and clients.
    • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations related to asset management.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset management, including financial, operational, and market risks.
    • Drive innovation in asset management practices, leveraging technology and data analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Continuously seek ways to enhance asset value and performance through strategic initiatives and process improvements.
    Requirements
    • A bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field is required.
    • Significant experience in real estate asset management.
    • An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
