About Caliberly:

We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming experience, answering inquiries, and assisting with office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage appointment schedules, meeting rooms, and visitor logbook efficiently.
  • Handle mail distribution, couriers, and incoming deliveries with care.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, adhering to high standards.
  • Assist in booking travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a receptionist or similar front-office role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with visitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented approach are vital.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
