About the Role
  • This is a full-time position, with regular working hours and a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO, ensuring seamless communication and timely follow-up.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Prepare comprehensive meeting agendas, briefs, and supporting materials, guaranteeing the CEO's readiness for all engagements.
  • Manage expense reports, submitting accurate and timely submissions to the company intranet.
  • Provide proactive performance support to the CEO, identifying potential blockages and collaborating to drive progress towards corporate objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
