Area Sales Manager

HTrust Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead the growth of our operations in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive business expansion and increase revenue.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with dealers and customers to enhance market presence and opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Business Intelligence: Contribute to identifying new business opportunities and projects that drive growth and profitability.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales performance, revenue planning, and receivables collection.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales of building materials, furniture fittings, or architectural hardware is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred.
  • UAE/GCC driving license.
  • Already based in UAE.

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies.

The estimated salary for this role is between AED 8,000 and 10,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. HTrust Human Resources Consultancy offers a competitive package and standard benefits.
